「疫境自強」 — COVID-19 Experts Online Series

Education and Entertainment
Stillness and isolation can be a toxic mix. For many, in the pandemic, it left them feeling empty, lonely, and exhausted. However, to mitigate such consequences, Alliance of Calgary Community Ethnic Support Society (ACCESS) created their own accessible web-series for free on Facebook. This web-series is casual in nature, not feeding into the already tense emotions haunting people during the pandemic. As a down-to-Earth talk-show, the host invites experts to provide tips on how to manage during the lockdown. Such tips include relationship advice, such as advising parents on how to manage their children or spouses on how to manage their relationships. That is, the show is both educational and entertaining since it has a playful tone, making the air feel less heavy, while still providing practical advice on how to treat oneself.
